State police have charged two area residents with multiple thefts in Centre County. Arrested were 26-year-old Randy Potter Jr., of Altoona, and 24- year-old Sierra Bratton of Oseola Mills. The two are accused of stealing a vehicle, stealing from other vehicles, and using individual’s bank cards to make purchases. The two were arrested on Wednesday after police received a call in Philipsburg, of a Toyota Prius having been stolen from a residence. The victim was able to ping the vehicle, where it was eventually found at a warehouse in Clearfield. State Police in Clearfield found Potter and Bratton running from the area, and they were arrested. The two are facing a felony count of theft by unlawful taking, and numerous other related counts. Both are currently in the Centre County Prison, with bail having been set at $10,000 each.
