A 19-year-old Bedford woman has been arrested after being accused of sending sexual messages to an 11-year-old boy. The victim’s mother reportedly contacted authorities in May after she discovered messages between her son and Cassandra Miller. Police say the communication between Miller and the boy continued for several months, even after the victim’s mother told her to stop. State police say the boy stated he did not engage in any physical contact with Miller. Miller was arraigned yesterday on charges of disseminating sexually explicit material to a minor, and corruption of minors. She is currently in the Bedford County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.
