A former Penn State track and field star made the podium again this past weekend at the Olympics in Paris. Joe Kovacs, from Lehigh Valley, Pa., won silver in the shot put on Saturday with a final throw of 22-point-15 meters. This is the third-straight silver medal in the shot put for Kovacs. Kovacs is also a two-time world champion.
