State officials are reminding residents to stay cautious as Debby moves through the area. Penn-Dot and the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency says there is likely to be heavy rainfall and flooded roadways, making some impassable. The brunt of the storm is expected in Central Pennsylvania, but other parts of the Commonwealth could see heavy rain as well. Debby is expected to impact the state throughout the day. In the meantime, a flood watch is in effect for Central Pa., until 6 p.m.
