Pennsylvania now has three famous groundhogs. Phil, Gus and now Colonel Custard. Yesterday, The Meadows of Hollidaysburg announced the groundhog found inside their claw machine several weeks ago, has been named. After many people submitted name ideas, to The Meadows Facebook page, Colonel Custard was chosen. The winner will receive a $25 dollar gift card as a thank-you for helping to name the groundhog.
