Somerset Co., Man Arrested After Shooting at Local Homeowners

A Somerset County man is behind bars today on attempted homicide charges following an incident that occurred this past weekend involving loud music.  State police arrested 37-year-old Joseph Paruch of Jenners.  He is accused of firing shots at local homeowners after being confronted about driving up and down a roadway while playing very loud music. The incident occurred early Sunday morning along Hoffman Church Road in Jenners Township.  Witnesses reportedly told authorities that Paruch appeared to be intoxicated.  Paruch was arraigned yesterday on numerous counts including attempted homicide, and reckless endangerment.  He is currently in the Somerset County Prison in lieu of $250,000 bail.
