Pennsylvania State Police are releasing the results of a study on last year’s traffic stops.  According to the report, there were 450-thousand traffic stops in Pennsylvania last year, with most of them happening during the daytime on weekdays.  The study also said people of color were not statistically more likely to get arrested or searched than white people in Pennsylvania.  State Police Commissioner Colonel Christopher Paris said troopers strive to do the job regardless of class, color, creed, or condition.
