The Pennsylvania State Capitol Building was evacuated yesterday due to a power outage. WHTM-TV reports the electricity was going in and out, and a faint smell of smoke was detected in the halls. The main building was evacuated, but people have since been allowed back in. The cause of the outage is not known at this time.
