A former teacher has won a lawsuit against the Allentown School District, who fired him after he attended the rally that preceded the January Sixth riot at the U.S. Capitol. Jason Moorehead claimed the school district besmirched his name by falsely connecting him to the attack, stating that he was over a mile away the entire time, and only attended the rally. Moorehead taught in the Allentown School District for 17 years before he was terminated. He was awarded more than 130-thousand dollars.
