Pennsylvania drivers are saving some cash this week as they hit the gas station. As reported by Triple-A, the average price for a gallon of regular fell at the end of last week in the Keystone State to three dollars-38 cents, while the national average dropped slightly to three forty-three a gallon. Meanwhile, the cheapest gas continues to be found in Mississippi, where the average is at two-dollars-96 cents a gallon. At the opposite extreme, costs remain highest in Hawaii at four-67 a gallon.
