Two inmates at the Moshannon Valley ICE processing center in Philipsburg are being treated for “non-life-threatening” injuries following an incident yesterday afternoon at the Clearfield County facility. Reportedly, staff at the center had to separate a group of detainees who had gotten into an altercation. State police are reportedly investigating the incident, but no other details are known at this time. The facility was the site for the Moshannon Valley Prison, and in 2021 was converted to an immigration detention center.
