Several counties have been added to the state’s flood disaster list as a result of Tropical storm Debby. Pa., Governor Josh Shapiro amended the August 9th proclamation of disaster emergency to add seven additional counties including Cambria, Clearfield, Centre, Cameron, Elk, Indiana, and York Counties. The declaration allows the Commonwealth to move quicker to fulfill county requests for assistance.
