State Police in Bedford County are investigating reports of someone using emergency lights on their car, to make people pull over, so they can pass them. Police report the incidents are occurring primarily in the Woodbury and Yellow Creek areas, by someone driving a two-toned Ford Taurus sedan. Police say the driver is using the emergency lights to force people out of the way so they can pass. State police are alerting drivers that this is not a local or state vehicle.
