PSU Hazing Lawsuit to Begin

Four years ago a former Penn State football player accused other players of abuse and hazing, and now a federal judge has ruled it may be time to take this case to trial.  In 2020, Isiah Humphries filed suit, accusing Damion Barber and other players, along with head coach James Franklin, and the university, with a number of allegations, claiming he was the victim of physical, emotional and sexual abuse, allegedly caused by teammates.  The judge has scheduled a conference this week to discuss trial preparations.
