Three men were arrested by Altoona Police as a result of a stakeout that occurred on Sunday, after complaints from neighbors were received, in the area of Chewy’s Club on the 600 block of 4th Avenue. Arrested were 23-year-old Casey Case, 24-year-old Sean Davis and Giavon Grandinetti, whose age is unknown at this time. Police received complaints that ranged from physical assaults and shooting-related calls. Grandinetti was found to have warrants out in Cumberland County and was taken to the Blair County Prison. He’s been charged with possession with intent to deliver. Casey has been charged with receiving stolen property, firearms not to be carried without a license and other related counts. When Davis was apprehended he allegedly had a loaded handgun in his waistband. They also found 43 ecstasy pills in his possession. Davis is facing nine charges of felony aggravated assault and numerous other related charges. All three are currently in the Blair County Prison in lieu of bail.
