A Huntingdon man, who is currently behind bars, is now accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl. The Westmoreland County District Attorney’s Office has filed a list of charges against 39-year-old Randy Shipley. Latrobe Police began investigating on February 5th, after the alledged victim reported Shipley forced her to drink alcohol and then raped her. Investigators say DNA evidence links Shipley to the assault. He is currently behing held at SCI Smithfield in Huntingdon County, in connection to an unrelated conviction.
