A 22-year-old motorcyclist died on Monday after being hit by a driver in College Township, State College. Authorities currently are not identifying the deceased, only saying he was local. The accident happened Monday afternoon at the intersection of East College Avenue and Struble Road, when a 73-year-old man turned left onto Struble Road colliding with the motorcycle. The motorcyclist was flown to UPMC in Altoona where he was pronounced dead. An investigation is ongoing.
