A 30-year-old Johnstown man is facing charges after he allegedly beat, choked and kicked a pregnant woman. Arrested was Warren Wills. According to a criminal complaint, Johnstown Police were called to the Oakhurst Apartments on Tuesday for a report of a physical assault. Officers spoke with the victim who said Wills attacked her for being gone too long, while she went out to get diapers. Wills is facing felony charges of aggravated assault, strangulation and other related counts. He is currently in the Cambria County Prison in lieu of bail. His preliminary hearing is slated for September 11th.
