The Penn State College of Medicine is getting a grant for pediatric cancer research. Hyundai Hope on Wheels recently presented the college with a 400-thousand-dollar check to help in the fight against the disease. Pediatric oncologist Dr. Chandrika Behura said the college is researching how to develop less toxic medicines for children to reduce side effects later in life. Hyundai Hope on Wheels has donated more than three-million-dollars to Penn State Health Children’s Hospital and the College of Medicine since 2011.
