A Clearfield County man has been charged with homicide after a crash, in Wilburne, on Sunday evening resulted in the death of a pedestrian. Court records report 22-year old Nathan Beers of Smithmill, is facing numerous charges including homicide by a vehicle while driving under the influence. Beers was allegedly driving a side-by-side when he struck the pedestrian. Beers is currently in the Clearfield County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bail.
