A homeless man in Altoona was arrested over the weekend after he allegedly threw rocks through several downtown business windows. Arrested was 48-year-old Daniel Hogans, who was apprehended Sunday evening after throwing a brick through a window at the Blair County Assistance Office, and another through a window at Redneck Reno. Police report when they arrived on the scene, Hogans allegedly claimed he threw rocks because he didn’t have a gun, or else he would’ve killed seven people. Hogans was arraigned on criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct. He is currently in the Blair County Prison in lieu of $35,000 bail.
