The White House reports that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris will make joint appearances next week at the three cites directly impacted by the September 11th terrorist attacks. Next Wednesday will mark 23 years since those attacks, and Biden and Harris, that day, will visit Ground Zero in New York together, as well as the Pentagon and Shanksville, Pa., in Somerset County. The president and vice-president appeared together earlier this week in Pittsburgh for a campaign event.
