A DuBois man has been charged with attempted murder following an incident in which shots were fired outside a Jefferson County apartment complex. Arrested was 42-year-old William Donnelly. State Police say Donnelly reportedly fired shots at a vehicle last Friday following an altercation at a gas station in Reynoldsville. Donnelly was arraigned on Tuesday on charges of first-degree attempted murder and aggravated assault. He is being held in the Jefferson County Jail. Bail has been denied as officials say he is an “extreme danger to the victim and society.”
