An Altoona teen is being charged as an adult after he allegedly made threats to kill his grandfather and a friend with a knife, following an argument. Arrested on Wednesday afternoon was 16-year old Xavier Strunk. He has been charged with conspiracy to cause serious bodily injury, terroristic threats, and other related counts. Police say he was arrested for allegedly threatening to kill two people inside a home on the 800 block of 3rd Avenue in Altoona. Strunk has been placed in the Blair County Prison in lieu of bail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 2nd.
