Pennsylvania Attorney General Michelle Henry is suing a toy maker based in the state, over their reported failure to deliver customer orders. In the lawsuit, Henry claims that Digital Dream Labs has not shipped items or issued refunds for over four-million-dollars-worth of products. The company accepted about 14-thousand pre-orders on their educational toys and robots between November of 2020 and this past January. Most of those customers have not received what they paid for, according to Henry. The company is also accused of ignoring refund requests and offering no updates on back orders to buyers.
