Convicted child abuser, Jerry Sandusky has lost another court appeal for a new trial. A state Superior Court ruling yesterday said new evidence presented by Sandusky’s legal team wasn’t enough to overturn his 2012 guilty verdict on dozens of child abuse charges in Centre County. The court also upheld a lower court ruling that Sandusky must pay over $44,000 in restitution, resulting from police and court costs from his preliminary hearing and trial.
