Pennsylvania motorists aren’t digging quite so deeply into their wallets this week as they top off the tank. As reported by Triple-A, the average price for a gallon of regular fell Friday in the Keystone State to three-dollars-35-cents. The national average remained the same as last week at three-22 a gallon. Mississippi still has the lowest average price per gallon at two-71. The highest continues to be in California at 4.75 a gallon.
