It was hoped Johnstown’s historic Inclined Plane would reopen soon but the renovation project, which has been underway for 3 years, has hit a snag. CamTran officials announced yesterday that the project now requires the removal and repair of sheave wheels. Although the renovation is over 90% complete, the inclined plane will not be reopening this year as was hoped.
