A 16 year old Dachshund named Gary was rescued yesterday after he got stuck in a storm drainer in Johnstown. The dog was discovered early yesterday morning by a high school student as he was waiting for the bus. It took rescuers about 6 hours to get Gary out of the 100-foot-long drain pipe. Gary has been taken to a Pittsburgh area vet for evaluation. The dog had been missing since Friday.
