Acrisure Stadium is among the first pro football facilities to be officially designated as a crisis resource for the surrounding community. NFL security officials have named Acrisure a “mission ready stadium” through a newly-instituted program. The label means the venue meets certain criteria that make it a location that can be used in the event of a natural disaster or other emergency. The Pittsburgh stadium is one of four across the country that have been granted the designation so far.
