The Independent Community Bankers of America has announced that Troy Campbell, President and CEO of Altoona First Savings Bank, has been re-elected to the ICBA Federal Delegate Board. ICBA represents the voice of the nation’s community banks. In his role, Campbell will help shape national policy positions, participate in grassroots advocacy efforts in Pennsylvania, and serve as liaison between independent community bankers and ICBA leadership in Washington D.C. In a prepared statement, Campbell said, “I’ve experienced firsthand the positive impact that local banks have on people’s lives.” He further said he was proud of an organization that advocates policies supporting local businesses and families.
