A new report on the July 13th attempted assassination of Donald Trump details serious operational failures by the Secret Service. The 94-page Senate report released yesterday finds that a number of failures in security, planning and communication directly contributed to the assassination attempt at a Pennsylvania rally. The report specifically cited a lack of chain of command, poor coordination with local law enforcement and inadequate resources. Trump is expected to revisit the site of the attempt on his life in a rally scheduled for October 5th.
