A 75-year-old Portage man has been charged after he allegedly groped a teenager during the halftime performance at the Portage Football Stadium on August 30th. Following an investigation, Donald Novak was charged with indecent assault without consent of another, and indecent assault of a person less than 16. Reportedly, Novak has not yet been arraigned, and faces a preliminary hearing on October 22nd.
