A Saxton man is behind bars today after he allegedly raped a mentally disabled woman. Arrested was 23-year-old Scott Goshorn. According to authorities in Huntingdon County, Goshorn allegedly sexually assaulted the woman in his truck in Mill Creek Borough. Goshorn has been charged with felonies including rape of a mentally disabled person and aggravated indecent assault. Goshorn was convicted twice before of corruption of minors, in Huntingdon County in 2020, and Juniata County in 2021. He is currently in the Huntingdon County Prison in lieu of $250,000 bail. His arraignment is slated for October 31st.
