A new mural was dedicated yesterday at the Philipsburg VFW. The mural, featuring artwork, honors veterans from all military branches. Lynn Herman, a former state representative, spearheaded the project and raised funds to pay for the mural. Visitors can view the completed portion of the mural on the middle and right side of the VFW facing Front Street and the Philipsburg Towers.
