Three Chester County men are facing charges for illegally killing close to 50 white-tail bucks in southeastern Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania Game Commission has filed 71 charges against a father and his two sons. The agency says a two year investigation led to charges against 44-year-old Carroll Nelson, 70-year-old Carl Nelson, and 40-year-old Mark Nelson. Authorities say the animals were taken out of season, at night, and/or over the hunting limit. Nearly 50 deer mounts and antler sets were seized from the men. All three face charges that could land them in prison.
