Speaking at a Democratic fundraiser in Philadelphia yesterday, Biden said how Pennsylvania and Philadelphia go on Election Day will have a big say in who takes the Oval Office. Pennsylvania is seen by the campaigns of both Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump as the biggest of the battleground states. Philadelphia is seen as a highly Democratic leaning city, but both campaigns believe they can make strong stands in the city and in southeast Pennsylvania.
