A Somerset County woman who was accused last week of stealing over $27,000 from a youth soccer league, is now facing additional charges. Conemaugh Township Police say 45-year old Jennifer Konieczny of Jerome, stole nearly $5,000 from the Conemaugh Township Band Boosters. Authorities say she allegedly used PayPal to make numerous personal transactions while serving as treasurer for both groups. In this latest case she is charged with felonies for access device fraud and theft by unlawful taking. She was arraigned on Wednesday, and released on unsecure bail.
