A Bedford County woman is behind bars after she allegedly punched a Windber police officer on Saturday, outside a home along Bedford Street in Paint Borough. Arrested was 29-year-old Tessa Fagley of Woodbury. Fagley has been charged with numerous offenses including aggravated assault. She is currently in the Somerset County Prison, in lieu of bail.
