A man has been arrested after a stabbing incident at a home in Altoona on Friday night. The incident occurred over a property dispute at a home located on the 1500 block of 3rd Street. Arrested by the Altoona Police was Christopher Thomas. Thomas reportedly stabbed a male victim in the leg during a dispute regarding a property exchange. The victim was taken to UPMC Altoona for treatment. Police say a woman at the home was also assaulted by Thomas, as he allegedly hit her in the face multiple times. Thomas quickly left the scene, after the incident, but was apprehended the next day at a halfway house in Coalport. Thomas is facing charges of aggravated assault, possessing instruments of crime, and other related counts. He has been placed in the Blair County Prison in lieu of $150,000 bail.
