Pennsylvania motorists are paying a little more this week as they top off the tank. As reported by Triple-A, the average price for a gallon of regular rose last week in the Keystone State to three-dollars-33-cents. Here at home the going rate is three-dollars-59-cents. The national average is at three-14 a gallon, down four cents from last week. Texas now has the lowest average gas price in the nation at two-dollars-70-cents a gallon. California remains the highest at four-60.
