Republican Dave McCormick has won the Senate race between him and incumbent Democrat Bob Casey. Despite the call from the Associated Press, Casey has refused to concede the race because tens of thousands of ballots remain uncounted. McCormick is up slightly, by more than 30,000 votes, while we continue to wait for numbers from what has been called “ruby red” Cambria County. Republicans have now secured 53 seats in the Senate giving them the majority.
