McCormick Planning To Attend Senate Orientation Events Despite Lack Of Invitation

Republican Senate candidate Dave McCormick says he plans to attend orientation events for new senators this week in Washington.  Many news organizations have yet to declare a winner in last week’s contest between McCormick and incumbent Democrat Bob Casey.  Out of more than six-point-seven million votes cast and counted, the Republican challenger leads by about 36-thousand votes with an estimated 100-thousand votes still to be counted.  Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer has not invited McCormick to the orientation events.  AP projected McCormick as the winner on Nov. 7^th.
