An Altoona man is behind bars today and charged with felonies for child sexual abuse and other related counts, after he allegedly tried to meet, who he thought was a teenager, for sex. Police say last month, 44-year-old Kenneth West began messaging members of the Altoona Pred Hunters group, who were posing as a 14-year-old girl. There are reports West told the teen decoy he would supply her with alcohol, and intended to have sex with her when she was sober. West was arraigned yesterday, and is currently in the Blair County Prison on $75,000 bail.
