A Johnstown man was arrested by Johnstown Police yesterday, for the October 6th fatal drive-by-shooting that resulted in the death of 32-year-old Isaiah Hixon. Arrested was 23-year-old Jamil Branche. Police allege Branche opened fire on a group of people on Ash Street, killing Hixon, and injuring two others. Branche is currently in the Cambria County Prison and has been charged with criminal homicide, aggravated assault and numerous other related counts. Reportedly, Branche previously served prison time for shooting his father, when he was 16.
