Two former Keystone Central School District employees are pleading guilty to sex crimes. According to the Clinton County District Attorney’s Office, 36-year-old Dara Kitchen of Lock Haven and 29-year-old Brittany Koch of Beech Creek, sent explicit photos to a 14-year-old while working as staff support members. Kitchen and Koch will be sentenced in February, and each face at least a decade in prison.
