Gas prices are down again this week in the Keystone State. As reported by Triple-A, the average price for a gallon of regular fell on Friday in Pennsylvania to three-dollars-26 cents. Here in the Altoona area gas is running at three dollars-39 cents a gallon. Meanwhile, the national average is at three-oh-eight a gallon. Oklahoma has the lowest average price per gallon at two-59. Prices remain highest in Hawaii at four-57 a gallon.
