An Altoona man is behind bars today after he allegedly contacted a “decoy” underage girl for sex trafficking. Arrested was 69-year-old Logan D’George who is facing 31 charges, including felony counts of child pornography, promoting prostitution of a minor and other related charges. Reportedly in September, D’George responded to a Facebook account where a local civilian posed as a 15-year-old girl. The civilian set up a decoy called ‘Madison Ann” who D’George allegedly contacted thinking he was communicating with an underage girl. He was arraigned last Friday afternoon and sent to the Blair County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail. D’George has had numerous convictions in the past for prostitution. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 4th.
