Initial filings for unemployment are rising slightly across Pennsylvania. That’s according to the U.S. Department of Labor, which says that for the week ending November 16th, just over eleven-thousand-600 initial filings for unemployment were filed in the state. That number is only higher by a few filings compared to the week prior. Nationally, unemployment claims dropped for the week.
