A former Penn State administrator is behind bars after he pled guilty to an assault charge. Keith Brautigam was accused of strangling a woman during an argument in October, and yesterday morning in Centre County Court he pled guilty to two criminal counts. He was sentenced to serve three to twenty-three-and-a-half months in jail. At the time of his arrest he was the chief information officer and Interim Vice President for Information Technology at the university. He is no longer employed at Penn State.
